We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with 0 to 4 of experience for our Hyderabad center.
Our customer service representatives answer the phones to respond to the general customer inquiries, concerns, complaints and arrange the service requested by the customer by projecting a professional company image through phone interaction.
Desired Profile:
----------------
Receiving calls from customers based out of US
Solving queries and concerns on the call
Arranging for any service required by the Customer
Provide Customer with product and service information
Sell Products to eligible Customers
Up sell Products and Services
Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Recommend process improvements.
Excellent English Communications Skills
Passion for customer services and a flair for sales
Previous call center experience is a plus
Unyielding Integrity
Ability to work in a challenging environment
Willing to work in Night shifts
Knowledge of basic computer skills and MS Office
Intermediate / Graduate in any discipline (2012 pass out BE, B.Tech sFreshers/Experienced can also apply)
Candidate should have good process knowledge about credit cards.
Excellent communications skills.
ID proof is a mandate to gain entrance into the vicinity.
