Job Description / Responsibilities
Perform day to day systems administration tasks.
Perform both onsite and remote Server tasks end-to-end.
Perform User Management, File System Management, Performance
Monitoring, Server Security Management etc.
Maintenance of Web servers.
Perform upgrades of server operating systems and software tools.
Provide daily and weekly reports as per customer requirements.
Participate on regular scheduled meeting with clients and ensure
client satisfaction.
Must ensure customer deliverables on time as requested by client.
Perform Server Administration in your capacity tasks as requested by
Customer.
Comply with ISMS Policies.
Must work night and weekend shifts in a 7x24 environment.
Must provide on-call support.
